New Room is co-founded and co-led by us, Danièle-Jocelyne Otou and Erin Willett. We are Leadership + IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access) designers, educators, and facilitators committed to courageous, inclusive growth. We're specialized in IDEA design, organizational culture building, team cohesion, inclusive leadership practices.

We've been doing this work for years and we understand the intention that's required to make social and organizational transformation stick. We know that companies can only transform as much as the leaders, as individuals, are willing to transform.

This knowledge shapes our work. Because of this, we guide with authenticity, transparency and vulnerability. We set the tone for personal and collective engagement. Candour, respect, patience and empathy are central to our approach. We focus first on cultivating strong relationships with our clients, and fostering bonds between learners, but we come with the planning, process and strategic approach to support the fundamental, procedural shifts required to enact and lead transformation.

We live and breathe this work. We spend our free time in deep conversations, reimagining how we could work, live and connect as a society. These are the conversations we want to brainstorm over with you, becoming active participants in creating the future we want to be a part of.

This is a 6-month program that blends immersive Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) training with leadership development, team-building, innovation practices and strategy workshopping.
